Christmas Mantles

This is the mantle in the family room. It’s a corner fireplace and we use it as a prayer corner. It holds our icons and statues. The garland is made with around 3 different garland types and a light strand entwined together and held together with pipe cleaners. Below the mantle garland I have displayed our Jesus centered cards.

Christmas Mantle II

This is our mantle in the living room. No more garland so I just layered ribbons and the beads garland. Used pinecones as filler and a dollar store paper star, a wreath with JOY suspended in it and a picture frame with some bows and ornaments. The poinsettias provide a great way to suspend the ribbons.

The left side of the mantle has the set of Santas I made last year from a pattern off Martha Stewart’s side.

The right side of them mantle has the elves I made last year from Martha’s site again.

Our Christmas Tree & more

Our Christmas Tree has very few bought ornaments this year. Most of them were made by me along with many of the decorations. Here’s a couple of pictures of our tree
