Thirteen Things I love/dislike about Spring
 

  1. It gets warmer! :)
  2. The grass gets green and lush. :)
  3. We see our first flowers of the year. I love tulips and crocus.:)
  4. Walks, Walks and more walks! :)
  5. We visit the cherry blossom festival in DC.:)
  6. We start soccer practice for DS#1. :)
  7. We start swim class for DS#1 and DS#2. :)
  8. I get to wear open-toed shoes and sandals. No more socks! :)
  9. The birds! I love watching them building their nests. :)
  10. More daylight! I like that DS#1 can do his homework and then we still have time to go out and play for a little while. :)
  11. Being able to wear clothes with color! :)
  12. DS#1 has spring allergies. This year I started him on Claritin in advance. Let’s hope it works. :(
  13. Last year he was on Zyrtec and Nasonex. His allergies resuly in a stuffy nose (he cannot breathe through his nose) and watering eyes. :(
