Feast One-Hundred & Four

Appetizer
What’s the funniest dream you can remember having?

Don’t usually remember my dreams unless they are scary or sad… mostly, i don’t get a chance to dream as my sleep is very interrupted!

Soup
If you were a dog, what breed would you be, and why?

There are so many great dogs out there!

I think I’d be a Labrador Retriever. Easy to train, good with children and other dogs. Basically, good natured, loyal and hardworking.

Salad
Continue this sentence: “I get confused when…”

I get confused when I amdriving on those beltways….Usually if you go North, when you come back you take the South… but not on the beltways! Then, you take the same way when you go and come… I am always going the wrong way when coming back!

Main Course
Name two things that need to be done, but you are procrastinating in completing.

The laundry! It’s going to be huge on Saturday.
Putting away last week’s laundry!
Cleaning the bathrooms.

Dessert
When was the last time you tried something new, and what was it?

Tried a few new outfits on Saturday. Bought them.
Tried to bake some chocolate chip cookies yesterday. They were okay but I need to make them thicker the next time so they have a soft center, I think.
Tried a new restaurant on Sunday… will not be going there again!

Your entire feast is scrumptious this week Amanda. I love your Salad…I can take that myself and run with it. Here in the states, Houston Texas is like that! At least for me. And I get really confused. I usually let the ‘navigator’—hubby drive. And your dessert…the chocolate chip cookies?!! Share?? Or are they all gone by now?

    Mine’s served

Fabulous feast! We have similar salads today — both involve driving. I usually have BETTER luck on the beltways/freeways than I do in city traffic though! I have a Lab! They are stubborn and goofy! Are you stubborn and goofy? LOL! Yay for the new outfits!

Great feast, enjoyed all of your answers. I love all retrievers (my answer was a golden, they’re all such good and loving dogs). I am in total agreement with you on the salad - I leave most of the driving to my husband, especially when we are in new and unfamiliar places. Freaks me out a little!

Yeah on the new outfit, and yummy on the chocolate chip cookies. I made some last week, and of course, had to take a picture and post on my blog. Bahahaha!

Have a wonderful Friday, my feast is up also…

Beltways! Ahhhh! You must live in VA. I drive through those often on my way to visit family. I found 95 to 495 back to 95 is the quickest. Still can be confusing and frustrating during the day. I usually try to schedule my riding through there at night or very early morning. Great feast. -Margie

    Hi -

I love like what you said about being a labrador retriever. I had one when I was growing up and they are the most loyal dogs in the world… she was the best.

Thanks for visiting my Feast! Sorry I’m late…

Have a great rest of the weekend.

I’ve gotten lost every single time I’ve had to drive on a beltway!!

Now, I’ve given up my car and just get lost on the subways!!
